У місті Кагул (Республіка Молдова) 19-20 липня в рамках міжнародного проєкту BSB1010 “Розвиток та просування спільної спадщини” операційної програми EMS «Басейн Чорного моря 2014-2020» відбувся бізнес-форум “Культурно-історична спадщина та пам’ятки Болградської громади”.
Учасниками заходу стали підприємці, туристичні оператори, журналісти, муніципальні радники, представники органів місцевого самоврядування та громадських організацій трьох країн-партнерів – Болгарії, Румунії та України та гості з Молдови – представники муніципалітету м. Кагул та представники Тараклійської районної ради.
Інформаційним партнером проєкту в Болградській громаді виступила районна газета “Дружба” та інтернет-видання «Махала».
Не дивлячись на те, що бізнес-форум через воєнний стан в Україні проходив у сусідній державі та команді проєкту прийшлось боротися з викликами у його організації, все пройшло на вищому рівні.
“З 2011 року ми разом з вами працюємо над реалізацією міжнародних проєктів. Пройдено багато етапів та зроблена масштабна робота, незважаючи на проблеми та виклики. Головна мета – прискорення регіонального транскордонного розвитку – досягнута”, – підкреслила у своїй промові секретар Болградської міської ради Віра Ніколаєнко.
За планом бізнес – форуму представники української сторони в перший день розповіли про Болградську громаду та продемонстрували відеофільм «Історична, культурна та природна спадщина Болградської громади, який був знятий у рамках проєкту. Захід продовжився презентацією основних культурних об’єктів, історичних та природних пам’яток на території Болградської громади.
Наступним кроком презентації Болградської громади був виступ артистів КЗ” Центр культури та дозвілля Болградської міської ради”, а також хореографічними номерами від зразкового ансамблю танцю “Натхнення” (керівник Вікторія Алавацька).
Неймовірний та зворушливий виступ артистів та танцюристів Болградської громади вніс яскравого настрою та передав дух українського народу, який зараз виборює свою незалежність.
“Якби у нас була така можливість ми б ініціювали заснування призу «Разом із командою» і вручили б його кожному члену нашої делегації, бо це була злагоджена команда, яка робила одну спільну справу, кожен знав, за що він відповідає, та допомагав іншим. Не було окремих інтересів, було спільне завдання, яке вдалося вирішити. Це дорогого коштує”, – підкреслила координатор проєкту в Болграді Юлія Дімітрова.
Яскраву та смачну крапку у завершенні першого дня форуму поставили представники туристичних локацій, які показали багатство та колорит Бессарабії.
Культурний та духовний фронт Болградської громади представили Одеський обласний центр болгарської культури в м.Болград та Одеський обласний центр гагаузької культури в с. Виноградівка.
Гастрономічний фронт Болградської громади достойно представили такі туристичні локації: медовий центр (родина Баурда), “Балкански ястия” (родина Русєвих), ”Щедра околиця” (підприємниця Галина Курдова), «Бумеранг» (підприємниця Ольга Рабаджи) та представники туристичної локації “Хлебна Къща” Криничненської громади – Тетяна та Кирил Дукови та їх донька Іванна Демірова. Вони представили учасникам бізнес-форуму старовинний рецепт хліба, який увійшов в лютому 2023 року в національний перелік елементів нематеріальної культурної спадщини України : «Традиція приготування та споживання обрядових хлібів до Дня Святого Георгія села Криничне».
“Ми достойно представили Україну та Бессарабію і ще раз довели, що ми сильні та незламні”, – каже Юлія Дімітрова.
За програмою модератор бізнес-форуму, Валерій Дімітров, протягом усього заходу провів для учасників бізнес-форуму лекції: «Презентація можливостей розвитку туризму у муніципалітеті Болград.», «Роль туризму у повоєнному відновленні України», а також ділову гру: «Створення та реклама туристичного продукту».
У роботі форуму особливе місце посідали ділові зустрічі, під час яких було сформовано спільну Консультативну раду підприємців трьох регіонів. Підписано протокол про подальше транскордонне співробітництво.
Також було проведено ділову зустріч на якій було сформовано спільну ініціативну групу фахівців-екологів муніципальних адміністрацій та представників екологічних неурядових організацій України, Болгарії, Румунії та Молдови та було пописано протокол про подальшу співпрацю.
“Головною метою бізнес – форуму було ніщо інше як створення трансграничного співробітництва. Й ми побачили, як у ході всіх етапів заходу зав’язуються зв’язки між трьома країнами, Україною, Болгарією та Румунією. Тішимося, що у рамках форуму був підписаний договір на подальші дії та розвиток туристичних локацій у всіх країнах – партнерів”, – підкреслила Юлія Дімітрова.
Проведення заходу відбулося, не дивлячись на перепони. Українська сторона виконує умови міжнародного проєкту, вона заручилася підтримкою партнерів-учасників та налаштована на подальшу співпрацю.

The Ukrainian Party Held a Business Forum “Cultural and Historical Heritage and Sights of the Bolgrad Community” as Part of an International Project
A business forum “Cultural and Historical Heritage and Sights of the Bolgrad community” was held in the city of Cahul (Republic of Moldova) on July 19-20, within the framework of the international project BSB1010 “Development and Promotion of Common Heritage” of the EMS Operational Program “Black Sea Basin 2014-2020”.
The participants of the event were entrepreneurs, tourist operators, journalists, municipal councilors, representatives of local self-government authorities and public organizations of three partner countries, namely Bulgaria, Romania and Ukraine, as well as guests from Moldova, namely the representatives of the municipality of Cahul and representatives of the Taraklia District Council.
The local newspaper “Druzhba” and the Online-media “Mahala” acted as an information partner of the project in the Bolgrad community.
Despite the fact that the business forum was held in a neighboring country due to the state of war in Ukraine and the project team had to deal with challenges in its organization, everything went at the highest level.
“Since 2011, we have been working with you on the implementation of international projects. Many stages have been passed and large-scale work has been done, despite problems and challenges. The main goal, i.e. acceleration of regional cross-border development, has been achieved”, – emphasized in her speech Vera Nikolayenko, the secretary of the Bolgrad City Council.
According to the plan of the business forum, representatives of the Ukrainian party on the first day talked about the Bolgrad community and showed the video film “Historical, Cultural and Natural Heritage of the Bolgrad Community”, which was filmed as part of the project. The event continued with a presentation of the main cultural objects, historical and natural monuments on the territory of the Bolgrad community.
The next step of the presentation of the Bolgrad community was a performance by the artists of the Culture and Leisure Center of the Bolgrad City Council, as well as choreographic numbers from the exemplary dance ensemble “Natkhnennya” (Viktoria Alavatska, the Head).
The incredible and touching performance of the artists and dancers of the Bolgrad community brought a bright mood and conveyed the spirit of the Ukrainian people, who are now fighting for their independence.
“If we had such an opportunity, we would initiate the establishment of the “Together with the Team” prize and give it to each member of our delegation, because it was a well-coordinated team that did one common thing, everyone knew what they were responsible for, and helped others. There were no separate interests, there was a joint task that managed to be solved. It costs a lot,” Yuliya Dimitrova, the coordinator of the project in Bolgrad, emphasized.
A bright point at the end of the first day of the forum was put by the representatives of tourist locations, who showed the wealth and color of Bessarabia.
The cultural and spiritual front of the Bolgrad community was presented by the Odesa Regional Center of Bulgarian Culture in the city of Bolgrad and the Odesa Regional Center of Gagauz Culture in the village of Vynogradivka.
The gastronomic front of the Bolgrad community was well represented by the following tourist locations, namely honey center (Baurda family), “Balkansky Yastiya” (Rusev family), “Schedra Okolitsia” (entrepreneur Gayna Kurdova), “Boomerang” (entrepreneur Olga Rabadzhi) and representatives of the tourist location “Hlebna Kushta” of the Krynychne community Tetiana and Kyril Dukovs and their daughter Ivanna Demirova. They presented the participants of the business forum with an ancient recipe for bread, which in February 2023 was included in the national list of elements of the intangible cultural heritage of Ukraine “Tradition of preparation and consumption of ceremonial bread for St. George’s Day of the village of Krynychne”.
“We represented Ukraine and Bessarabia with dignity and once again proved that we are strong and indomitable,” says Yulia Dimitrova.
According to the program, the moderator of the business forum, Valeriy Dimitrov, during the entire event held lectures for the participants of the business forum: “Presentation of the possibilities of tourism development in Bolgrad municipality”, “The role of tourism in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine”, as well as a business game: “Creation and advertising of a tourist product”.
A special place in the work of the forum was occupied by business meetings, during which a joint Advisory Council of entrepreneurs of the three regions was formed. A protocol on further cross-border cooperation was signed.
There was also a business meeting, at which a joint initiative group of ecologists from municipal administrations and representatives of environmental non-governmental organizations of Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania and Moldova was formed and a protocol on further cooperation was signed.
“The main goal of the business forum was none other than the creation of cross-border cooperation. And we saw how, during all stages of the event, connection was established between the three countries, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Romania. We are glad that an agreement on further actions and development of tourist locations in all partner countries was signed within the framework of the forum”, Yuliya Dimitrova emphasized.
The event was held despite the obstacles. The Ukrainian party fulfills the conditions of the international project, it has secured the support of participating partners and is determined to further cooperation.
